In March 2017, Yen Bai Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Ypharco) became a subsidiary of Bepharco, which Bepharco owns with the rate of 51.84%.

Ininaugurating new drugs factory and with a total floor area of 2,800m2, and become the only enterprise in the 14 northern mountainous provinces to have a drug factory that meets GMP-WHO certificate

In 2010, Yen Bai Pharmaceutical was awarded the certificate of top 100 leading Vietnamese brands by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations.

Starting to upgrade and expand the drug factory with a total floor area of 2,800m2, and become the only enterprise in the 14 northern mountainous provinces to have a drug factory that meets the following standards: "Practice practice Good Drug Manufacturing” (GMP-WHO)
