INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Dosage: 3 - 4 times/day

From 2 - 7 years olds: 1/3 each time
From 8 - 12 years olds: 1/2 pack each time
Above 12 years olds: 1 pack each time

How to use: use with cooled boiled water.
